bad maf or bad translator?

i just installed my translator v6.25 and a z06 maf with integrated iat. On the first start up i got a malfunction code 34. Is there any way to tell which is bad?

Check the pins on the 3-5 pin adapter and make sure they are fully seated in the connector.

it was the sensor. Beware of used ebay sensors.
