I know I have a blown headgasket. Would this cause a miss and rough jerky ride. It is really bad at about 55 in overdrive, I have to use third gear so I don't get bucked out of my seat.

Ummm don't drive with a blown head gasket. Next thing you know you'll spin a bearing on the crank and you'll be in for really big money.

Mine wouldn't go over 20 MPH after blowing a HG and sounded like it had a massive exhaust leak. I agree, DON'T drive it if it is blown, you will be purchasing (if you can find one) a new crank soon!

Did you figure it out yet???

I have the same problem but I just had my head gaskets replaced last week and the problem is still there. I changed coil pack, ignition module and wires all at the same time and it solved the problem for a day. I am not using the metal spark plug boot from the factory. I was wondering if you are using yours. If not maybe I could be on to something. I can only hope.
Thanks
