bang pop fart code 42

well i am having some issues with my ccar. it starts idles drives just fine,until you get into 3800 4 rpm range. it will backfire out exhaust trip code 42. i had a tps that was sticky so i replaced thar first. relearned etc same issue. Tried a different cam sensor and crank sensor same issue,removed computer/chip and checked all connections. Relearned etc same issue,fuel pressure goes up with boost like should. So what else should i look at to get rid of this light flicker/code setting 42 code......

Grounds are?
Connections/plugs are?

car ran perfect till this. voltage is 13.8 -14.1 i believe. grounds are all connected.... connections i have un plugged and checked everything unfer hood

Another member has same mal code. Try checking the ign module mounting hardware. Be sure they're tight and corrosion free.

ok i checked the new ignition module for tightness and it was tight. THIS is crazy! Does cam sensor sound like a possibility? I hope not but done about everything else.
