yes they would fit not sure about your valve cover clearance though? depending on what valve covers you have some fit some have to run Valve cover spacers...

yes they should be tall enough.. i really dont want to lie to you...you can always give them a call in the AM and verify so you can be 100% certain but yes i believe the champion valve covers do clear roller rockers...i can also send you some pics of the roller rockers just pm me your email address..
