To a bear everything is food so it was doing what comes natural.

The man was in the wrong place and made himself available to the bear as a meal.

I feel sorry for the guy but he should have known better.

I read about this story on the net.... the guy was 25 years old & mentally ill...
He reportedly sat perched on a ledge overlooking the bear's den for about 20 minutes during which time some onlookers called the police...He jumped in before the police arrived & as the video shows was mauled by the 4 year old bear. When the poilce arrived they shot the bear & it ran off into a cave...The guy was taken to a hospital for numerous injuries & was listed in good condition... The bear is also recovering from the bullet he took to the chest & is expected to make a full recovery...
