Bearing Clearance

Hi Guys, I'm about to rebuild my Stage II (off-center) and before I do anything, I would like to double check some numbers and get good advices from you. So, feel free to comment. Here's some questions...

1. How many clearance for rods would you give?
2. And for mains ?
3. And for pistons into cylinders ?
4. What about ring gaping ?

Can't wait to read your advices and start everything: summer's coming...
