Hi,
Anyone know a make and part number for a belt when you've removed AC and installed AC delete pulley in its place?

Thanks in advance.

I got this from GnTtype.org....

Air Conditioner, delete bracket/pulley (4.3L S-10 pickup) 10118713 .

Belt for use with above - Dayco 5060610 :)

If the belt size is 635K6, then it will be too loose. MAKE SURE you get a 630K6.

Guys,

We went n bought the Dayco tonight (thanks Geoff) and when we went to put it on with tensioner moved all the way belt was like a half inch short.

Aint.....is the 630K6 a Dayco part number or a different manufacturer #? Is that belt a little longer by chance??

Thanks for all the help guys.

630K6 means 63.0 inches long with 6 ribs. A 635K6 is 63.5 inches long with 6 ribs.

This is a standard size scheme. Look on the belt you have now. Other than the part number that is listed above, you should see something similar to what I've posted.

It may say 1000K6635 or 0006K635, but the 635, the k, and the 6, should all be in there in some order.

The ONLY place I could find that would get a 630, is Napa. They have them in stock.

If you need a longer belt, you would get a 640k6 (64.0 inches, 6 ribs).

Hope this helps.

Thanks Aint.......I will get the 64" belt that extra half inch should be just what I need to get it on and should be good to go.

Thanks again.
