Belt Tension Release Pulley Adjust?

OK, stupid question. I changed the alternator on my 87 GN, but when I went to adjust the belt tension pulley, I couldn't figure it out?!? How is the belt tension pulley released and adjusted?

There is no adjustment...tensioner takes care of that...but to remove/replace the belt use a big ratchet with 18mm (or matching SAE) socket on the tensioner pulley bolt...turn clockwise...pulley will move upwards...

be careful not to break the tensioner where it connects to the alt.
