bent forward piston. Is aluminum piston ok?

So on my first 2004r build I put a bearing in backwards and cut a sealing ring on the input shaft. The forward clutches burned and the piston got bent. I have a spare aluminum piston but it has two holes in it. Is it ok run it like that? Or should i plug them? The transmission is dual fed and has ck's calibration kit.
