WONDERING WHT EVERYONE THINKS IS THE BEST CAM SHAFT GRIND TO RUN MID TO LOW 10'S

THANKS ALL

I would say it depends on the other parts in a combo
206/206 will go mid to low 10's allowing a wider and lower power band.
Larger cams will need more "STUFF" and will also raise the power band higher (rpm's)

Do you think there is much difference between goin
with a roller or hydraulic with respect to performance?

you mean flat tappet vs roller? Rollers are available in hydraulic or solid lifter configurations.........doubt a stock block would need a solid lifter cam (unless you plan to wind it to 7K or so)

rollers are generally more reliable and have less valve train friction/losses (they also cost a lot more.......)
