my set up is in my sig. im looking for some input as to what would work best for my set up. the car dont see a whole lot of track time, but when it does id like to have that little extra. thanks chris

a 3000 stall will work well with that combo.if you are interested in a converter give me a ring.we have quality pieces are are now making all of our 12 " and 10.5 " converters in house.

You have two choices really:

Choice 1: A 12'' d-5 put no higher than 2800 rpm, myself i'd shoot for 2600. Really, anymore than 2800 in a 12'' and the efficiency of the converter goes away pretty quick.

Choice 2: a 9.5'' set at 2800 - 3000 {that should cover 375 -450 ft lbs of Engine torque}.

Either converter would work great with your combo and make the car feel like a super torque monster above and beyond what it is already.:D
