I'm looking for a chip burner that is familiar with burning chips that can pass CA emissions. Thanks. :)

I don't burn chips anylonger (parts too hard to get). But, I do have smog chip files that I would be glad to provide to your favorite chip burning guy.
For MSD50's and Blue Tops.

BTW, I just left CA 6 mo ago, and these chips both passed with flying colors.

Thanks Dave. I'm currently running a PT&E chip. Maybe I'll see if they can burn me a chip using the paramaters that you provide? It would be nice to have a chip burned using files that are proven to work here in CA. :)

By the way, what do you think I should set fuel pressure at? Thanks.

The safest level is always about 40-42 psi. Once your chip is in, and the BLM's have stabalized. tweak the fuel pressure only if the idle cells are outside of the 115-140 range.

As long as the BLM's are in that range, you're running stoiceometric, and should have no problems. Once you try fooling around with extremely low fuel pressures , things will run leaner than it should and this is what drives the HC's way up.
