Best upgrade for 12.00 Hot air

Hey guys...I am pulled in every which way and direction on what turbo to buy to put my hot-air intot he low 12's. Limit Engineering has the t-33, precision has the ta-49, and the list can go on. What is the best option as per spool up time, lag, boost, and all that for the buck? What turbo seems to best fit a hot air, and push low 12's? Any ideas guys and girls?

Cool 84 fit a TE-64 in his. I'm going to try to fit a PT-67 in mine.
