Do I need a switch with two or three prongs? What would be a good place to wire it to in the fuse box? Do I need just a power wire and a ground wire?

Thanks in advance

You just need a normally open momentary switch, two prong. Just a power wire from a key-on point is fine; there are a couple on the fuse box marked IGN. If you put a spade connector on your power wire, it will slide right in. Then run the power wire across the switch, hook it to one wire and ground the other. I wired a LED in with mine so I'd know it was on just for kicks.

HOT WIRE TO SW??

The hot wire goes thru the switch and then back to the lock solenoid. The solenoid has a short ground wire on it that has to go to chassis grnd.. There should be a fuse in the kit.. Bout 5A, I think...Also a lite, that does not have to be used.
