A buddy of mine had an '87 GN, and the guy he bought the car from gave him this downpipe, then he sold the car (it's even been sold since then!). My friend just found this downpipe before Christmas and needed the $ right away for it. I bought it thinking I knew who would buy it, but he is relocating and now I'm stuck with it!

It's a 3" stainless steel downpipe, has a huge elbow. Not sure if the length is as it would be new? Check pix to make sure.
Last pic is of the puck. Not sure if it is supposed to have a gasket between elbow and pipe, but it doesn't have one. This would be EXCELLENT for a hybrid where a THDP wouldn't fit, just use the elbow and as much pipe as you would need.

Asking $220 Shipped, O.B.O.

will that fix a stock GN? if so ill take it.

i have a 100% stock 87 GN stock turbo and exhaust.

Thanks

It'll fit, not sure about the attachment to a cat or a test pipe though, you may have to have a exhaust shop fab up something. Some say that a stock downpipe will get you into the 11's, but even when I had a stock turbo, changing it to a 3" made a big difference in the way it spooled. Shoot me a PM if you're interested with your shipping info and I'll give you my address for a money order or paypal.

If you're somewhere that needs emissions, I'd install the pipe, order a high flow 3" cat, and have a shop fab up a slip fit for the cat to fit over this downpipe, then when emissions is over, install a test pipe that is the same length as the cat.

I'll pm you right now my info.

I need to change the exhaust from the cat back, (including the cat) so i figured id install a new downpipe as well.

Here in CA if your caught with no Cat its a BIG $$$$$ nono.

so ill have to get a high flow cat then :)

Thanks
