I own an 87 WE-4. the car has about 60K on it, and basically the engine is stock. {OK, except for a 3''DP, slightly bigger injectors, a street chip, ATR's Exhaust, and a K&N filter}
MY question is, I have seen "alleged" results from using a Bigger Turbo {Like the TA-49, Which for me is an easy "swap"} of something like 20-30 hp gains..... BUT, How is this accomplished?
I am a little confused about this......I know it cannot be MORE boost...that would not be feasable with a stock engine. Is the extra power generated from a Quicker Spool up?
And Lastly, I am sure there would be drawbacks {aren't there always?} Does anyone know what they would be>?
