Bigstuff 3 tuning

Need help tuning the Bigstuff 3 system in my GN. While having this motor done over, I was shopping around to upgrade the computer stuff for the bigger combo I was putting together, and heard too many times
(get an aftermarket ecu) so I went with it!! being this is my first time ever to work with it, I am having a hard time trying to figure it out!!
I now have too much time and money into the motor and need to find someone that knows how to tune these systems inside out!!! I live in Suffolk Long Island, and willing to take a drive to find the rite person to do the tuning!!!!!! Im getting to the point of being sorry of getting rid of the old ecm and chips.
