Billet servo&press. reg. instructions

I just recieved my billet servo and pressure regulator kit,but they did't come with any instructions. I know the servo is adjustable but I don't know what or how to adjust it. and the pressure regulator kit is just a bag of parts. I thought I could install this myself or do I have to take it to a trans. shop. Any help is appreciated.
