Yes -
my safest definition of cheating (and one I've always followed): Don't do anythng with any body that you wouldn't do with an immediate family member.
ie:
A friendly peck on the lips or a hug is OK (not cheating)
A french kiss or groping is not OK (would you do that with your Mom?)
Just for the record, I was in a similar situation described (she had a girlfriend) after some fun
I got tired of sharing and broke it off.
