Had an issue with a turbo that had the same issues after already sending it off once. Called and spoke to Brian and explained the problems, sent him the turbo and he called me to let me know wht he had found. Got my piece back and looks as good as new, I would recommend Bison to anyone wanting to have their turbo rebuilt. TONS of knowledge and supports this board more than most!! This turbo is a t64e....Thanks Brian....
