Black plaster seatbelt anchor cap.....

The plastic not plaster cap that covers the front seatbelt anchor on the driveshaft tunnel. I am in need of two (both are missing). I am looking for two black ones.

Does anyone know where I can get the ring that holds the headlight in place. I have one that has a broken screw tab so I can't adjust it.
