I don't have the screws but they are readily available at Ace Hardware. You would just bring in the covers to match them with screws (allen head ones) so that the screws extend out about 1/4". I don't know if they would clear roller rockers but they are kind of stockish so my guess is no. I probably have the missing breather and would include it if I can find it. But just assume I don't have it so you aren't disappointed. To Flem469 I would like to get $140 shipped. Thanks.

Ok I gave Flem 24 hours to let me know if he wants them for $140 shipped. I explained in his PM to me that they are 2.5" deep on one side and 3" deep on the other side.
