If your car is stock, dont waste your money on an electronic boost controler. At least not now anyway. Start with the fuel system. Fuel pump, adj. regulator, volt booster, hot wire kit.
Why not just keep using the threaded wastegate rod setup? Shorten it for the max boost you can run on the given fuel in the tank and adjust the fuel pressure accordingly with an adj FPR.
Are you dying to spend $300+ on the Blitz unit when you don't even have a bigger turbo?
Dial in the boost normally around 15-16psi with 92 octane and leave it alone. If you plan to race and add better gas get a scan tool and EGT guage and use the same threaded wastegate rod..... Bore out the turbo exhaust side wastegate hole to .900" and you are good to go. You don't need a boost controller.
Save your money and get a good exhaust system or scan tool instead.

11.60's on the stock turbo and threaded wastegate rod!
I like the fact that you can recall the peak boost with a blitz electronic boost controller. If im running my car at the strip I dont wanna be looking at boost constantly. You can use an electronic boost controller for ANY turbo car. Its not a waste of money if you have another turbo car down the road. Plus they look cool in your car. =)
Don't know much about it, but there was an article in GMHTP about two Regals with that boost control system. One was Heath Elmer's, he he has a pretty good reputation. The article is here: G-Whiz
