Hey for all of you who have the TM V2 intake. Is your EGR blocked off? I talked to Jay not too long ago. He said he blocked off some of them and mine is blocked off. What I want to know is, what are the gains of bypassing the EGR valve? Also will I have to install an egr valve with the em kit evemn though the port is welded shut? Or will I have to use that egr pipe that connects to the back of the intake? Or can I leave that pipe off? Thanks in advance guys.

If you don't need it for emissions, leave it off.

Either find a plug with the same threads for the back or cut off the nut from the original tube and weld it closed. For the side of the intake, make a plate to cover it up.
when you have your new chip burned for your new combo(you were going to right?
)make sure you tell them you have the egr blocked off.mine is all clogged up(so it doesn't work)and i was getting part throttle knock when driving up hills and such.i told steve about it when i ordered my maxeffort and no more part throttle knock.
