Bluetooth-Navigation issue

I own a 2012 Buick Regal. I cannot connect any Bluetooth device (and I once could). The navigation direction indicator in the instrument cluster only displays two dashes. The phone buttons on the rear view mirror do not do anything, including OnStar.
Any advice?

Check fuse/wiring for the mirror or the OnStar box. BT is handled by the OnStar ECU on many GM cars.
