BMS raw crankshaft forgings

I have 4 Buick Motorsports raw crankshaft forgings for sale. They are 4340 chromolloy and can be ground to any stroke length between 2.66" and 3.625". Buick P/N 25500008. $550 each

Honestly I would say there really is no need to magnaflux them. You understand these are raw forgings not finished crankshafts correct? They are approx 75 lbs each so shipping is fairly expensive. I would suggest to anyone who is interested that I can ship the forging directly to whoever is going to do the crank finishing ie: Moldex, LA Billet, Sonny Bryant etc. That way you can save a few $$ buy not shipping the part back and forth across the country. To answer your question about shipping cost, typically the buyer pays shipping but we can work something out.

Call Moldex, they charge $1100 to finish a crank core.
I called serveral places and the range is $1400-$1800.

I agree with you that Moldex would be the preferred crank grinder to finish one of these crank forgings. Their prices are reasonable and their finished product is very nice. I had spoken to Whitey over there a year or so ago and he had quoted $1000-1100.
