Board Screen - Jumping

Is anyone experiencing the screen jumping on the board today, a quick up & down? I'm not having the trouble on other sites and have restarted my pc several times. Makes it tuff to read..... Was wondering if its my pc or just a quirk in the board.

See if it happens when the ads change. I bet is because the banners arent the same size.

I must have stared at 10 banner changes and nothing,refreshed and it started again when they changed....
Timing is everything. Thanks J

May be just one banner causing the issue. I need to see which one is not the right dimensions.
