booost solenoid wires

Where does the purple ground wire to the boost solenoid go and what controls it. It the pink suppose to be hot all the time

ECM Pulses the ground purple/wht line to control boost.

Pink wire is hot in run/test/or start, through the ECM/IGN fuse 10 amp.
