boost ajustment

Generally speaking how many turns on the actuator rod gets you a 1 lb of boost? Up or down.Just installed my new 5857BB.Just like to get in the ballpark before this weekend.I'm a little over 20 know like to start at 18.

What I have found over the years, is, this rule can vary depending on the age of the wastegate.

Being a brand new unit, if it's a standard spring actuator (meaning you can pull the rod by hand pretty easily) two half turns typically = 1psi.

On the heavy duty actuator, one half turn was generally good for 1psi.

At least that's how it's been on my personal stuff and I've used both style actuators over the years.
