Running a manual boost control and I would guess that since I have unhooked the solenoid the SES light comes on. SO the only way to eliminate the light is to plug it back in?

If so does anyone have one to sell, it seems I have misplaced it.

You are on the right track. When I disconnted mine(closed vacuum line) it was left plugged in. non SES light.
 
Brad is right, just leave it plugged in. An cap it off
