Boost controller install pictures anyone?

New to the GN world, but not new to turbocharged vehicles. I think I have my Hallman ES boost controller hooked up incorrectly. Would someone mind posting a picture of a properly installed manual boost controller (or at least a good description of the vacuum tubing routing)? Thanks very much!

So, I am correct in that it can be installed without the wastegate solenoid - good. Thanks for the pic. Anything other than leaks that would be responsible for not being able to get over 10 psi? I hit 15 once, and now I can only get 10. I have looked over all of the hoses for leaks, and haven't found any. Thanks again.

weak wastegate, or the puck on the downpipe not sealing..

what down pipe are you using?

Found a pretty good crack in the driver's side manifold (actually my girlfriend did) - I'm pretty sure that has a lot to do with it. Got the boost up, but I do think that I will have to fix that and re-adjust the boost. Everything else is stock right now. Fabrication of headers and exhaust will begin soon, as well as the intercooler piping for the front mount.

yep you can bypass the stock waste gate sol. but i think if you disconnect the wiring from the sensor you'll throw a code, i kept mine hooked to the electrical system but just bypassed the turbo lines, no codes and works great.

I use a RJC manual controller. No solenoids or electronics. I just snipped off the wires and $hitcanned them.
The vac line goes directly from the boost controller to the HD wastegate solenoid. The checkball in the controller holds the pressure from the solenoid until it reaches the level you set. That way, the puck stays fully closed up till the moment you hit your max boost. This is why they help spoolup so much.
I can drop as low as 17psi, or go as high as 27+ on the same wastegate solenoid.
