Hey Guys,

I was sitting in the regal today, just looking, and decided that I HATE the boost controller that I have now. I think that even though the black knob gets the job done, it looks cheap and flimsy.

What kind of digital boost controllers are there out there. What would I need special, if anything, to get it to work. I would like to get one.....

Thanks alot!!!!
Bill

ps-simplicity would be a definate plus!!!!

Hey Guys,

I know all of you can't be running the knob for boost. I just think it is a cheesy way of controlling.

Thanks for the Palm controller link though.

Anybody using HKS or something similar?

Thanks Guys,

:D

You didn't specify what you have now, but many seem to like the Boost Commander. I think you can get them at Ramchargers, prolly others out there too.

No, it is the simplest way of setting your boost in an application where you are not concerned about "stages" of boost or varying the boost pressure while going down the track. KISS

Being in the power and controls field, I have to say that I feel the boost knob is pretty cheesy.....although it is simplistic in design and for the most part gets the job done. But, it is never a good idea to dial in boost to a ball park range then wait to see how close you got on the next run, especially if consistency is important.

Not that it is bad, I just would like a little more technology there. I have researched , and found some, but was curious what others were using since you guys have been in this game ALOT longer than I....

As always, I appreciate your replys...!!

How about an Innovative

I have an Innovative Boost Controller. Looks great, works even better, and you can pick up a good used one for around $400 on here or eBay.

HKS EVC IV and the Greddy Profec A and B controllers are very good. You can find them on Ebay regularly.
