boost creep?

i got my tt chip and injectors installed,my knock issue went awayim still a newbie ,my car spools up to 15psi pretty quick,by the time im about 100mph and going faster my boost is about20-21 lbs,is that boost creep,and is that good,still no knock and 60 psi of fuel:biggrin:

Sure sounds like creep. Over boosting is not good.

What are you using for a boost controller?

i just replaced my deltagate 2 with a precision pw39 wastegate.

Thats a nice gate valve. Did you change the springs at all or leave it as is?

How do you have the boost lines configured to it?

i changed springs to just the green 9psi,the hose goes from outlet of turbo to bottom of wastgate.

Roger that.

Sounds like the waste gate needs more porting. You really have to hog it out when running a external gate of the factory port. The sharp edge on the bottom of the hole needs to be contoured so that the boost wants to naturally take the turn. Leave the top edge alone.
