boost going up and down after 49 & dp install

Installed a TA 49 and RJC down pipe on my buddies stock GN..

Boost is cycling up and down 10 to 13 pounds.. Has a RJC boost controller.

Im sure it is just a matter of playing with the spring pressure.

Waste gate is off of his stock trubo.

Thought I would ask here 1st.

My first question would be why so low?

Second I would check for any leaks in the vac lines to start

90 octane in the tank is why so low... stock chip..

have alky kit on the way and ready to install 50 lbs injectors and TT chip. Just starting to get a feel for the car and was taking it easy.

Is that under full boost.
Foot on the floor.
Ck the wastgate puck
And actuator.

Found it... he had some a leak on the turbo to Intercooler hose... poor quality hose..
