Boost leak, or something else?

After reading my original post, I seemed to have left out a valuable detail.... it doesn't drop boost 100% of the time. Probably 75%. Now, today I did get the puck arm freed up with some nickel anti seize and compressed air to force it into the shaft bore. And after driving it just now, it seems to have fixed the issue. I probably mashed it about 5 times and at no point did it drop boost. I want to thank everyone for their valuable input, it is much appreciated! I'll come back to this thread if the issue returns, but for now, it seems to be running great. I installed my wideband and it's definitely rich (10.1:1 at wot on e85), but I'm happy it's not lean. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? Sounds like the pump is going south.

I do. And now a wideband! Fuel is very plentiful... 10.1:1 at wot (rich, even for e85).
