BRF vb ID

Is there a sure-fire way for a novice to id a BRF vb other than the BR "pink" stencil marks.

BTW anyone have a good, working BRF vb for sale? If so let me know, I have an electric trans brake for sale/trade.

The aluminum shift sleeves are stamped on the ends.
15, 21 and F. The correct TV spring is white, and measures 1.900.

Like brian said, if the paint is gone, look at the stamped numbers on the sleeves. Other than the pink stripe (which is on other VBs as well), it should have a BR1, BR2, or BR3 painted on the side.
