Don't need it, will not deal with it. Mark Wallace has the complaint. The rest of you have no business even saying a word. Mark Wallace, like I said, Your converter, that I am NOT even responsible for, and was NOT purchased from us is on its way to TCS. Rusty has your info and HE will be dealing with you directly. All I can say after starting all of this is good luck.
It is now out of our hands.
And all of this is over a product that was late in delivery with nothing to do with quality. I wanted to leave this open , but the 2 centers just HAD to inflict there opinions.
Anybody that thinks they can say or do what they please on this board is wrong. if it costs me business than that is business I would rather not have in the first place.
Good luck to you all and we here at PTS try 110% all the time to provide the best service and parts we can, and if one mistake like the gentlemen said above, is to rip us apart, I would rather just not deal with it.
I will delete anything anyone else has to say on this subject except Mark Wallace talking directly to us through email or phone. If he elects not to, than this is the end.

Yeah, thats the weird part. I would have definatly deleted Mark Y's posts too. Those were the truly embarrassing ones. Weird...... Didn't think the thread was all that bad but C'est la vie. Not my board.

I have the post saved and will post it so all can see the real post .
What was really bad is someone changed Mark Y post , took out the STF UP post and who knows what else ,
There was no one out of line on that post but Bruces employee .Now we get to see if Bruce can keep his word or not .

I have to agree on this, I did not like the responses to Mark Wallace or to Mr T when all he said was "go get em mark." and Mark Y you blasted him for sticking up for a friend.

After reading PTS's responses on this I would not feel good about doing business with PTS. Would I get treated the same?

First off James thank you for your 21 years of service to our great country.
As for your thread being deleted I dont know what happen to it but when it was reposted by qwknuf6 jr I did not see what you said to be no worse then the other post on this topic , so I have merged your complete thread with this one.

To qwknuf6 jr and friends:
I see Bruce has handled the initial complaint as for the rest of the bickings and the he said she said talk that always happens with these types of threads needs to real end guys, please lets just move on.
