bstc from ramchargers

ok I have the boost controller from ramchargers but bought it used

I obviously know the black is ground
the red is ignition

but I dont know where to connect the other wires

I tried the site online that has the directions but cant really understand it when they tell you the certain pins on the ECM

anyone do this and could they tell me what pins the white green, brown and blue wires go?

just wondering too, how accurate boost gauges are
I put a VDO gauge in and it seems to be working
however it only goes to about 11psi max and my car is stock besides a big mouth intake and the owner before me put a hollowed cat on, what I wanted to do was use this boost controller and change it too 15 psi for now just so I am at stock?

does anyone know any reason that it doesnt boost to full?

I tested 2 VDO gauges.

1 was 1.5lbs. low.

1 was 1.75lbs. low.

Both those numbers are at about 20psi. boost.

Tested with a calibrated 6" mirrored scale Omega gauge that is temperature compensated.

Air regulated with a very steady regulator and pre-regulated with the air compressor.

I would check the line for the BSTC.

However the dark blue wire goes directly to the dark blue tps wire on pin C1-pin13.

The green wire goes to the green/white stripe wire on pin C1-pin7
