Believe it or not, I did a search on "bubbles", and nothing really came up.

I got bubbles on my transmission dip stick. Smells a little burnt too.

I had this problem about a year ago, and I had to have the trainy rebuilt (under warranty). That time, it was slipping. This time, it is not slipping, but it feels like I am pulling a heavy boat or trailer.

Local trainy guy said that heat is causing it to die.

I have a big cooler and a shift kit. Why is this happening again? Should I add a SECOND cooler?

What cuases the bubbles?

I check the fluid once a week, when I get gas. Since the last rebuild, the car was at the track once, and on a dyno once. It is my daily driver. 22 miles round trip.

I have the ram chargers dual fan and a newish radiator. Water temps never get above 190. Usually at 170-180. I know one has nothing to do with the other, just a reference.

Fluid level too high? Dipstick may be too short for tube indicating correct level when it is actually overfilled and the rotating parts are aerating the fluid. Has either dipstick or tube been changed?
