buick stage 2 heads with Jesel rockers

Just got my buick stage2 heads back from Kenny D and was mocking my heads,intake,rockers and buick valve covers.The heads are find but i found out that the Buick stage 2 intake that i converted to DFI is not bolting up right and i bolted up another stage 2 intake that worked out better and bolted up find with the stage 2 heads on my on center #153 block.The top of my heads are flat for the Jesel rocker stand and i was thinking if i will be having clearence problems with the rockers hitting the inside of the valve covers.I have seen buick stage 2 heads that are machined down for the stand will i need to do this?The Jesel gauge i used to set the stand height is right on with the height of my valves.Plus i am seeing that all the rocker bearing tips are not all on center with the valve tips is this right?
