Built Engine

Ok i'm testing the waters here. This engine has never been started. I've been sinking money into this project for the last 4 years and dont have enough money to finish this think off. I have a built engine , and i'm seeing what it is worth to someone else.
Here are the specs on the engine

Crower Rods(stock length) $1300.00
JE pistons $765.00
Stock crank
Rjc girdle $389.00

T&D adjustable roller rockers $495.00

Champion Ported and Polished intake manifold w/ bung for mechanical temp sensor $260
Hand ported heads w/ new valve's, springs $650

Thats $5512 worth of hard parts , I have almost all sensors and all accessories for the engine, new water pump, power steering pump, new alt, a/c compressor, but currently there is an a/c delete pully in there
Everything was machined and assembled by Automotive and Industrial in Telford, PA I have recipts for $4406.00 Thats in machine shop work only.
Total that comes to $9918.00 + ( dont have recipts for a couple of things)
I would like to sell this as a package
Like I said i'm testing the waters, I love this car but i'm not im the position right now to have a project car like this. This engine was built to see easy (and reliable) 10's and 9's. I didn't spare any money on this block, as I was going to do alot of driving with it. Willing to any reasonable offers. I live in PA, and really cant ship this. Also I have a built trans, 3" downpipe, external wastegate, TE45A p-trim turbo, 72Lbs injectors, Adjustable regulator, fuel pump, and the list goes on.....................

this engine is ready to be dropped in and run...................hard, my machinest said that the engine needs no break-in time, and can be run at the track immediataly, he builds race engines for quarter midgets and drag cars.
