i need help installing my bumper fillers. i have 2 plastic bumper fillers and 2 thin metal braces that i assume i need. also the bottom of my grill is loose and needs to be brought forward; will the bumper fillers fix that? any advice or photos to help would be greatly appreciated. this is my first car that i earned and bought myself and i am no mechanic, but i do plan on doing most of the work myself only with the help of you guys, other websites, and my dad. i am eager to learn so any help is very much appreciated.

You have to remove the front bumper and the headlamp bezels to install the fillers. Once you do, the installation of the fillers will be obvious.

The grille is retained in the forward position by two springs, one on either side of center. The springs hook into the grille on one end, and the bumper reinforcement on the other. Perhaps they're missing from your car?

Also, there is a center filler. It's made of hard plastic and is silver or gray. Is it present on your car?

Removing the bumper and headlamp bezels isn't a big job, but it sure helps if you can locate someone in your neck of the woods who's done it before. Any board guys in your area?

Good luck!

:)
