Any tips for changing the rad core support bushings on car? How much do I have to take apart?

I finally received the Kirban bushings that don't look like stock, and don't even look like what they pictured. Trying to replace the original bushings to fix the fender to door gap. Can this be done easily? Do I have to remove the hood? I was thinking I could just loosen the fender bolts and lift up the rad support to sneak bushings out and in. I also am worried about flexing and breaking the bumper fillers. I'm sure it's safest to call for help to get the hood off and tear it all down, but the flat rate in me is saying no.

thanks in advance.

For sure you should remove the front bumper, easy but best to have a helper to balance it. The fillers come off easy afterward. If they are original fillers, they are going to be junk at this point and will likely crumble. Time and ozone is the enemy. Goodmark are the most OEM-like replacements IMO but they are not painted.

If you don't know, you can fix a fender gap by loosening the bottom bolt at the back of the fender and jack the car up with the jack under the frame just behind that area. The front end will sag as you raise it and once you get the correct gap, tighten the fender bolt. Alternatively jack the car up in front of the tire to go the other way on the gap. Best wishes.
