Buying new wheels and tire.

Rear: 15x10, 4.875" backspace 5x4.75" GM bolt pattern
Rear Tires: 275-60-15 Mickey Thompson ET Street Drag Radials

Looking at some wheels and tires a fellow member has for sale, will these fit my grand national without a frame notch kit?

anybody? have any idea if these will bolt right up or what spacer i will need.

I would think you'll need a spacer with the frame rails not being notched. I have 15x8's w/ 4" bs and 275's and there only about 3/8" between sidewalls and framerails.
