Calif Art Carr customer service sucks

Sent my 19930 (Billet $800) convertor back to Art Carr because it was stalling way too high. Steve says, we will send you another one brand new. That was 2-1/2 weeks ago. Everytime i call and talk to either Steve or that dippy sexatary, I get the run around. Oh we are still building it, or blah, blah, blah. To date, when they say they will call me with a UPS tracking number, I never hear from them and have yet to see the convertor. Anybody there higher up than Steve to talk to? About to choke someone over the phone!

Ever think of asking for Art?? I've talked w/ him recently, and find he's a very friendly and helpful person.

WHICH Art Carr did you send it too? If Ca. is where you sent it, I got an in and can talk to Art himself 24-7if needed.
If you sent it to Texas or Reno, good luck and get a lawyer so AFTER you choke and kill them , you will have a defense attorney for court. LOL

Once I threatened to talk to Art Carr himself, suddenly they came up with a new convertor they are sending me today. Suppost to be calling me with the tracking number in the morning. Your offer is just a tribute to the type of guy you are supporting the TR community-Class act. Thanks again for the offer of influence.

I have an extra Art Carr Convertor (Same # as yours I believe) I might sell. Convertor is several years old, but very low mileage and passes. It was stalling about 3400 etc, a little tight for my setup.
It worked for the few 127 mph runs I had, so I know it will tighten up for miles per hour or any highway driving.
