Hang tight!

Any chance the GN will lose to a mustang in this story:D . Dont kill me people, I am only kidding. I am glad to hear you have a new one on the way, I too love the stories you write.

Is it ready yet?
Say yes, please say yes.

Darn! That one was taken!

Well, I WAS going to write about a '65 Impalla 283 with a high rise manifold and 4.56 gears toasting a "1987 GNX" - but that story's already been done. ;)

Hey I got a '88 6speed TT V8 GNX you can write about.

WOW you have an '88 V8 gnx too !! ??

I have two of those in my old barn out back.

One is red and the other is yellow (factory paint).

I had to park them because of the embarrasment of loosing races to Impalas.

Cool, mine is lowered with phat 48" rims and orange (factory paint).
The new 7800 stall I just got brought the 6-speed to life.
Is yours intercooled or hotair?

The red one has a 350 big block hemi with a turbo hydromatic muncie 5 speed and a 12 bolt 9 inch rearend.

It has an intercooler on the inlet side of the 14.71 supercharger to cool the air comming in from the 1200 cfm throttle body t.p.i. electronic mechanical injection set up.

The yellow one was orderd from the factory with the 740 c.i.d.
sonny lenard V6 with the aluminum block and iron heads.

It does not have an intercooler as it is not boosted, it has the optional 3000 hp. plate style pro fogger setup under the 3 holley 850 c.f.m. mechanical vacuum primaries built by Edelbrock.

The tranny a one off 13 speed built for Buick by Peterbuilt and the rearend is a 10 bolt 8.8.

It's sad to just let thm sit in that barn but after I got beat by all those Impalas I swore I would never drive them again.

Raven, See what is happening when you don't get your story posted.
Get busy & finish the story before more strange tells get listed.
I need my story fix and getting desperate. So please get busy & get the finished & posted.

TOTALLY!!!

u have the chevy 350 hemi big block in yours too? so did i! i put some 5.00 gears in the back and did the " hot little 283 with the high rise manafold!" modification you can order through cottons'. now it runs mid to low 6's, with the 3 stage 75 shot i added to it.
the stock color was plumb crazy purple, but i changed it to BRIGHT BRIGHT pink with little ghost graphics of rainbows and bunnyrabbits. they should really put a forum for the 88 GNX tyep R's, as they are some of the fastest cars ever, with the exception of impalla's and shoping carts with 700 CI small block nail heads in em. RAGE ON!

PS: RAVIN! I LOVE YOUR STORies. they kick @$$
