1. I never asked to return anything (it's not returnable- I cut it to try and make it work as per your suggestion)

2. The unit can be formed into a circle and shipped in a box however, it is not so flexible so as to be able to make small adjustments.

The problem I had with this piece is that due to the rigid nature and size of the piece, if you get one side just right, the other side will flex and bow. Thus, the reason I cut it, so as to alleviate some of the flexing. Still didn't work...

This has nothing to due with a return policy. I have not once asked to return this. This is purely a customer service issue. Some sort of offer to compromise or something on resolving my issue would have been appropriate.

Well, the update is that the ABS liner that BWEAVY sold me was not suitable for the use he said it was. Thus, when I attemped to cut it to fit as per BWEAVY's suggestion, it was rendered completely useless and unreturneable.

My multiple emails back and forth to BWEAVY were met with hostility and no assistance whatsoever. Honestly, I don't understand how so many people do business with this guy. I asked him if he would send he the astro-roof ABS piece that he had and maybe cut me a break on the price as the only reason I could not return the first one he sent (which is for a HARDTOP car ONLY) was that I had cut it up because he told me that IT WOULD WORK. It did not work. Simply too rigid to work with in that application.

At this time I have located a real headliner board out of a sunroof buick and have not as of yet attempted to install it. It should be fairly straight forward but much harder to work with because it's so delicate.
