Cam 180 Off?

can you really install the cam 180 off rotating the cam when installing the chain?

Sure...when installing a chain you can install it with the crank/cam
in any position...not a very smart thing to do though...

how can you tell if the cam is 180 off is it any mark or sign in the cam, how about valves movement? i just want to make the right move here.

The cam can't be 180 camshaft degrees off. Rotate the crank one rotation and it will be on again. I suppose you could have installed it 180 crankshaft degrees off. If you do, you'll know right away since valves will probably hit pistons.
