Cam help!!!

Hi everyone!!! new on the site! wanted a GN but builded a turbo 68 camaro! sorry.

Question? what kind of cams are you guys running? Everything looks small to me. I have a 242/250@.50 580/600 on a 114. Run 10.18 @135 on 13lbs but I can not increase the boost. And yes is a street car.

Please someone help!!

355sb with 195 afr heads

haltech efi w 160lbs injectors (I know they are way big but got
them real cheap).

8.0 cr

homemade mild steel manifolds

single turbo w/80mm compressor wheel (caterpillar stile) big 3'' intercooler, 60mm hks gt wastegate and hks sequential blow off

powerglide w/4000 stall and 390 gears

I have done all the tuning in the street by myself, no dyno

Carlos, that cam is plenty big. My friend has a similar cam in his 69 Camaro. Small block, twin turbo, he just went 9:40 on pump gas. Check your wastegate springs,some come through at 5lbs. Also check for intake or exhaust leaks.

Thaks Jay, I checked the spring on the wastegate and I got 24-28 lbs springs, also checked the blow off valve. Just run out on things to check. Maybe the turbine wheel is too heavy for my engine.
