cam sensor location

My mom has a 1992 Trofeo that is showing a code for a cam sensor. It is the 3800 motor.. Just wondering where its at.

probably in the front cover right under the waterpump. Its a small round puck that sticks into a hole in the cover and a bracket to hold it inplace.
